Early Bird Market’s goal is to provide accessible, healthy, and affordable fresh produce to everyone within the Bartlesville area. Tori Shipley is the owner of Early Bird Market and her preferred method to do that is to utilize permaculture. Simply put, this means working with nature rather than against it. In doing this, Early Bird Market wants to provide all seasonal crops from fruits, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, microgreens and eggs. Other things available are all natural made products for home and self care, like milk baths, sugar scrubs, and all purpose infused vinegar cleaners. There will be so much more to come.
