The Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents announced the election of Regent Jarold Callahan to the position of Board Chair. Regent Callahan will succeed Regent Trudy Milner in this position and his term began July 1.

“Callahan is a great addition to the Board of Regents, and he brings an unparalleled expertise in one of our core foundations – agriculture – to the role of board chair,” said President Ron Ramming. “I have known Regent Callahan since attending OSU in 1985, where he was my Livestock Judging Team Coach. He is a mentor, friend, and now one of my esteemed leaders. His experience as both an OSU and NEO student and faculty member gives him a valuable perspective of the institutions in the A&M System.”
