Natural and man-made disasters and emergencies can disrupt our homes, businesses and lives.  Join us for our March general membership meeting as Tracey Bender, Community Preparedness and Public Outreach Manager with the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management & Homeland Security, speaks on being prepared for these disasters that include active shooter, domestic terrorism and human trafficking.

For the past 12 years, Tracey has been in almost every division of the agency from being State Operations Chief, State Exercise Officer, Field Operations Manager, Logistics Manager and now as Community Preparedness and Public Outreach Manager.

She continues her relationships with local emergency responders, the tribes, the state and public and private partners to make Oklahoma resilient through Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainings, preparedness presentations and literature, along with preparedness camps for high school students and partnering with Oklahoma universities.

There is no charge for attendance. We invite you to patronize our local restaurants and pick up a “to go” order to bring with you.
