The late Otha H. Grimes served as a member of the board of directors of the Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation for a number of years. This scholarship is awarded each semester to select adult students enrolled in a program at a Career and Technology Centers across Oklahoma.
Eight Green Country Technology Center students were awarded the Otha Grimes Scholarship by the Oklahoma Foundation for Career and Technology Education. The scholarships are awarded in the fall and spring semesters yearly. Fall 2022 scholarships recipients are: Tiffany Terrill, LPN; Morgan Shaddox, LPN; Morgan Lykins, LPN; Briley Pembrook, LPN; Morgan Parrish, Cosmetologist; Alexander James, HVAC; Michael Goff, HVAC; Elton Dixon, HVAC.
