This afternoon, the Sapulpa Police Department assisted with a fire at the Sapulpa High School, which caused the evacuation of all students and staff. The fire, which was contained to a bathroom, was quickly extinguished by school staff and the Sapulpa Fire Department. 

A juvenile student who is believed to have been involved with starting the fire was detained by Officers. Due to the students tribal status, the investigation will be turned over to the Muskogee Creek Nation Lighthouse Police and the FBI.
