The women's basketball team was home November 13th for a KCAC match-up with the Ottawa University Lady Braves. Heading into the match-up, the Lady Eagles were 3-9 overall while the Braves were 8-5.
Falling 71-65, the Lady Eagles moved to 3-10 overall and 2-6 in KCAC play.

The Lady Eagles and Lady Braves were battling back and forth throughout the entirety of the first quarter. With a final minute 3-point field goal the Lady Braves took the lead heading into the second and remained there for the rest of the time being.
Two Lady Eagles had themselves a game with 20 points scored by Ty'Najah Mitchell & 17 points scored by River Jeffries. Mitchell was 4-7 from the arc while Jeffries was 3-5. Defensively, Jeffries was a force in the paint with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
Standout player for the Lady Braves was Cierra Brown with 27 points in her 28 minutes of play. Brown was 5-6 from the 3-pt line and 10-14 in field goal makes.
UPCOMING EVENTS
The Lady Eagles closed their 2022 KCAC play, but will be on the road December 17th for a non-conference match-up with the Concordia University Lady Bulldogs.
